Winter Break Volunteer Week (WEDNESDAY)

Process food shipments in the Second Harvest Distribution Center.
Meet at Truax Campus in the Student Life Office at 11:30am!

Second Harvest Food Bank was founded in 1986, and its mission has always been "to end hunger in Southwestern Wisconsin." They partner with farmers, manufacturers and grocers to reduce food waste and feed millions of people. Each year they distribute over 20 million pounds of food throughout 16 counties in Southwestern Wisconsin.

Dress Code:

-Closed-toed shoes and shirts with sleeves (no tank-tops!) are required to volunteer.
-All jewelry must be removed prior to the start of your shift, except for rings.
-For your safety, do not use earbuds or MP3s, Bluetooth devices, etc., while volunteering. You need to be able to hear what’s happening around you.
