Take a break from studying to decorate cookies and make paper snowflakes at TJ Library. Photos of the cookies will be entered into a best-decoration contest. (Cookies provided by Federhofer's Bakery in Affton.)

Food Provided (Sugar cookies with icing [provided by Federhofer's Bakery], pretzels, hot chocolate, coffee, milk)
