This all-levels practice creates a safe space for you to honor, appreciate, and love your body. Class will start with a dedication to all those who have, or are presently, struggling with disordered eating. We’ll then move into an empowering flow complete with Cat/Cow, Warrior Poses, Tree Pose and gentle backbends to help us embrace, and be reminded of, our bodies innate ability to be both tender and strong. Class will conclude with a Body Appreciation guided relaxation.
All bodies are welcome. No experience necessary.
