Dissertation Acceleration and Navigation Group

The Dissertation Acceleration and Navigation Group is a week of focused and dedicated writing time designed to jumpstart the dissertation writing process. Occuring in the week before the Spring semester, we will meet each day in the Student Success Center from 9am - 4pm. Days will begin with goal setting and introductions to a new tool/resource/approach for the dissertation process. We will then have structured writing time with scheduled breaks before we break for lunch (provided). The afternoon sessions will pick back up on the structured writing time with scheduled breaks, before we close with another resource/tool/approach to the dissertation process. We will also end each day getting organized for the next day's work.

Depending on where they are in their dissertation process, writers could end the week with 30-50 pages of draft dissertation pages.

**This is an on-campus event, and we ask that participants are able to attend the full week. We are planning for a mini Zoom Dissertation Acceleration and Navigation Group for later in the spring semester.**
