We are honored to announce Dr. Susan Greenbaum, professor emerita of the USF department of anthropology and author of "More Than Black: Afro Cubans in Tampa Bay", will be presenting on her extensive research on this topic. We are also pleased to host our honored guest, Mr. Michael Torres, former president of La Unión Martí-Maceo, and descendent of earlier members.
