Whether you are experiencing a big change like starting a new job after graduate school or would simply like to pick up a habit, this workshop will provide you with a practical framework for managing change. We undergo change on a daily basis but we don’t often take the time to manage and reflect on the process. By attending, you will be presented with a toolkit of resources that you can use according to your needs.

Participants will receive a free Halloween-themed goodie bag! While supplies lasts.

Sara Forgaciu

SPS Peer Academic Success Coach

https://www.linkedin.com/in/sara-forgaciu/

Sara is a final year student in the Strategic Communication program here at SPS. Currently, she works as an SPS Peer Academic Success Coach, helping students identify barriers to their academic success and determine more effective strategies to be applied both inside and outside of the classroom.

As an international student from Romania, her journey has taken her from Bucharest to London and now, New York City. Throughout the process, she has constantly had to adapt to change and it has taught her some important lessons. She has become more resilient, adopted new strategies, and discovered new useful resources. Her interest in change management extends beyond her personal life and into the professional sphere where she applies change frameworks, creativity and data thinking to create innovative business strategies. As a person, she is passionate, witty, individualistic, and loves a good challenge. If you’d like to connect with Sara and continue the conversation, schedule a free, one-on-one coaching session with her!
