Monte Rey Mascot Reservation Request

Interested in reserving Monte Rey for an upcoming on campus event?

Requests for Monte are to be made by CSU Monterey Bay staff, students, or faculty only. For special community requests please contact us.
Requests must be made at least two weeks prior to the event.
Requests will be responded to on a first-come, first-served basis.
Monte Rey can only be requested for a two-hour appearance and for on campus events only.
Monte is required to have a changing space available. This is the responsibility of the requestor to identify the space.
Completion of this form is only a request and does not guarantee an appearance. Appearances are contigent on student assistant schedules. Confirmation and further instructions will be sent via email.
