2023 Pebble Beach Special Event Management Team Information Session

This internship for Sustainable Hospitality Management students offers a fantastic opportunity to showcase their skills while managing a hospitality team at the Concours d’Elegance. As a Hospitality Manager for the Pebble Beach Special Event Management Team (SEMT), students work directly with Pebble Beach representatives to manage, plan, coordinate, and oversee hospitality areas at the finest exhibition of show cars in the world.

COVID Protocols in Event Spaces
In an effort to keep campus safe, you agree to abide by the following COVID Protocols:

1. All event attendees must pre-register for the event.  
2. The information provided through this event registration will be used for event check-in and contact tracing purposes, if needed.
3. You may be asked to show a state issued I.D. to verify your registration.
4. Your registration information will be kept for a minimum of 30 days.
5. Masks must be worn indoors.
6. Masks may be removed to consume food and beverage. However, food and beverage may only be consumed  indoors while seated at the tables provided by the venue.
7. Attendees walking around any event space must have a mask on.
8. Limited on-site registration may be available and is subject to the same COVID Protocols listed here.


Self Attestation
Prior to arrival at campus events, I agree to perform a self-assessment and confirm the ability to answer YES to all of the following statements now and on the appropriate timeline in advance of the event.

I am fully vaccinated (two weeks have passed since my final dose of the COVID-19 vaccine) OR, I have taken a COVID-19 test in the past 3 days and the result was negative

I am well and healthy and am NOT experiencing any of the following COVID-19 related symptoms in the 48 hours in advance of the event:  Fever of 100.4 and higher or chills, persistent cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, muscle or body aches, persistent headache, new Loss of taste or smell, persistent sore throat, congestion, runny nose, nausea, diarrhea, or vomiting

I have not tested positive for COVID-19 in the10-days in advance of the event, nor am I waiting on the results of a COVID-19 test because of possible COVID-19 exposure, such as within close contact of a laboratory confirmed COVID positive case etc.

In the 14 days in advance of the event, I have not been (or unknown) in close physical contact (6 feet or closer for at least 15 minutes) without a N95 mask) with a person has received a laboratory-confirmed positive test result for COVID-19 or anyone who has symptoms consistent with COVID-19 within the past 14 days.
