Come learn how intergroup and outgroup dynamics plays an affect in our everyday lives and our sense of belonging. As an overthinker myself, I've found that there's an art to balancing the restraint it takes to consider whether or not those things might be right for you with a willingness to try new things and take new opportunities. While it can be difficult, finding this balance allows you to be a better friend, better colleague, and better leader. Through building partnerships to create supportive resources, advocating for therapy, by using his voice to speak out, and by creating the Shawn Mendes Foundation, Shawn Mendes has used his capacity to promote mental health awareness all over the world.
