TRIO SSS Application
The SLCC TRIO SSS program purpose is to support income eligible and first-generation college students pursuing transferrable degrees by addressing individualized educational and career interests, while providing the opportunities, tools, and resources for self-efficacy.

Please fill out the following form completely and your TRIO SSS advisor will reach out to you to schedule your first advising appointment.

Our goal is to make all materials and services accessible. Please inform staff of accessibility barriers you encounter, and request accommodations that will make activities, materials and information resources accessible to you.

Participant Commitment Agreement

To be a participant in good standing with TRIO SSS, please review the following responsibilities and sign to commit to fulfilling them.

Please upload a front and back image of your state or government issued photo ID. Examples of forms of ID accepted include drivers license, state ID, passport, etc. If you indicated you were a permanent resident, please also upload a photo of your permanent resident card (green card).
