In this session, Dr. Sonali Majumdar will focus on distinct strengths, that international graduate students and professionals develop through lived experiences, which are valuable for professional success in diverse careers. She will highlight how to leverage storytelling to identify, acknowledge and communicate such experiential strengths. This will inspire international scientists and scholars to broaden perceived personal and professional realm of possibilities and continue exercising the power of choice amid any constraints of circumstances.
This session is inspired by Sonali’s article on Inside Higher Ed on strengths of international PhDs.
