We invite you to join ShopColumbia staff as we answer all of your Shop related questions during our Camp ShopColumbia Workshop Series for Engage Columbia!

In this session, learn how to tackle writing an artist statement. An artist statement is a written description of an artist's body of work. Artist statements are used in many different contexts at colleges, galleries, and art boutiques. It is used to give a reader (viewer, curator, review board, or customer) the artist's perspective on the creation of their work.
