Food Pantry with New Hope Church

Volunteer tasks will involve welcoming residents to the pantry, helping residents register, sorting through donations, organizing donations and helping with bagging groceries. Volunteers are encouraged to wear clothes they can easily move around in and should expect to be standing and walking during the hours they are volunteering. Wearing comfortable shoes is strongly recommended. There is a parking lot adjacent to the church that volunteers can use but spots are limited. There is also plenty of street parking alongside Kostner Street. Spanish-speaking volunteers are encouraged to sign-up but not required for this engagement.
