Andres is the Managing Partner at SNI, a global training and consulting firm, where he oversees operations and brings diverse expertise from his role as Chief Innovation Officer until 2017. He specializes in coaching negotiations, notably in sports with clients like the San Antonio Spurs, Cleveland Indians, and more, along with diverse industries like Real Estate, Banking, Aerospace, and Pharmaceuticals. Andres co-authored the best-selling book "Persuade: The 4-Step Process to Influence People and Decisions." He's a lecturer and teaches Sports Negotiation at Johns Hopkins University. With degrees in Economics and Business/Sports Administration, Andres has a rich background including work with the Philadelphia Eagles and Creative Artists Agency. He's lived in Venezuela, Canada, and now resides in Baltimore with his family.
