Details

The Office of Diversity and International Services invites you to de-stress before finals with a Gratitude Journal Workshop. Gratitudes can help us practice mindfulness which has been shown to increase happiness and decrease stress and rumination. At this workshop, we'll discuss the mental and physical benefits of gratitudes and provide free gratitude journals with materials to decorate and make it your own. Come join us in the lobby of the Student Center on Wednesday, May 11th between 12-4PM for your new gratitude journal.
