1. Select the appropriate timeframe for the session you plan to evaluate.
2. Select the session you attended based on the provided session titles. 
3. Complete the evaluation and provide feedback for ONLY that session. 

This form does not allow for feedback on multiple sessions at a time. To complete evaluations for more than one session, simply complete the form multiple times.
