There is no single definition of "food as medicine", but it generally refers to prioritizing food/diet in an individual's health plan, with the goal of preventing, reducing symptoms of, or reversing a disease state. However, there are many challenges with the accessibility and affordability of healthy foods, making it difficult for some populations to make mindful eating a daily habit. Join us to learn about how food insecurity and health equity gaps across the United States can be closed so that everyone has a choice in whether or not they eat healthily.

Panelists:
Marina Kemper - Director of Operations at Nourish
Noah Levin - Chief Product Officer at Season
Kendall Singleton - VP of Partnerships and Compliance at NourishedRx
Andrew Zimmermann - Board Member at Lifesum, Founder & CEO of Behavior Design Collective
