Cornell University Program Board (CUPB), in collaboration with Cornell Dining, is proud to present a book signing, moderated Q&A, and live Q&A with cooking personality and writer, CLAIRE SAFFITZ, on Friday, March 3rd, 2023. The book signing will take place at the Cornell University Bookstore from 3:00-3:30pm with a moderated Q&A in Statler Hall at 5:45pm. There will be 50 free books given out first come, first serve.

Claire Saffitz graduated from Harvard University and went on to receive a master's degree in culinary history from McGill in Montreal. After this, she studied pastry in Paris at École Grégoire Ferrandi, which led her to her career today.

Now living in New York City, food writer and self proclaimed, "dessert person," Claire Saffitz is the former host of Bon Appétit's Gourmet Makes and Baking School, both on YouTube and iTunes. Her New York Times Bestselling cookbook, Dessert Person, provides over 100 creative recipes as well as offers wisdom and problem-solving strategies for perfecting those recipes.
