Get grounded and regain your sense of calm by connecting with your energies.
Shura Gat, Interim Associate Dean of Students and Director of the Women's Resource Network, will talk about what "being grounded" means. She'll also share some exercises and practical tips to help participants regain their sense of calm and connection.
No experience is necessary, and everyone is welcome to participate.
Dress Comfortably and come as you are!
