Shura Gat, Interim Associate Dean of Students and Director of the Women's Resource Network, will walk participants through some simple exercises you can use to ease your anxiety and regain a sense of calmness.
No experience is necessary, and everyone is welcome to participate.
Dress Comfortably and come as you are!
