Join us for an interactive workshop that provides you with an opportunity to examine your own implicit biases and the potential impact those biases may have on your organization, leadership and members. With the knowledge gained about implicit bias, you will learn how to improve your organizations' and your own leadership abilities to increase a sense of belonging and community within your membership and how to approach the recruitment of new members to increase inclusivity.
Presented by William "Woodg" Horning, Director, Office of Academic Diversity Initiatives and Director, Student Opportunity Programs and Denice Cassaro, Assistant Director, Campus Activities.
