STAP - Southern Tier AIDS Program will be providing Free & confidential HIV and STI testing on-site. To sign-up for an appointment, scan the QR code on the flyer or follow the link below. Appointments will take approximately 30-minutes.
10:30 AM – 11:00 AM
Join us for a transformative journaling experience; explore your thoughts, emotions, and creativity through the power of writing! Attendees will receive their own copy of the "52-week Mental Health Journal" and be guided through a journaling excercise facilitated by the CAREteam.
11:00 AM – 11:10 AM
RD Vicki Atkins will walk participants through meditation exercises that help focus breathing and quiet the mind. Participants sit quietly with their eyes closed throughout the session to reduce stress and foster well-being.
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Truth Pharm will provide a free naloxone training and educational opportunity in identifying the signs of a drug overdose and in administering the overdose reversal medication naloxone. Attendees will receive a NYS certification and Naloxone Kit.
11:20 AM – 11:30 AM
