Details

Come de-stress from the week with gentle relaxation and breathing exercises that will encourage a sense of ease and well-being in your body, your mind and your spirit. We will be working in socks (or barefoot) and also spend some time lying on the floor. Please dress in comfortable clothes that are easy to move in. Registration is encouraged but not required.
