Celebrate Positive Thinking Day on Wednesday, September 13 with a walk around the brain! Physical exercise boosts the production of your brain's feel-good neurotransmitters, called endorphins. Endorphins help you feel better and more positive overall. During this event, you'll have a chance to learn more about and sign up for the free Steps to B-Healthy Walking Program. We hope to see you there!
