Details

An "attitude of gratitude" is uplifting, creates joy and positivity. Gratitude is a powerful gift for both the giver and receiver. Join us for a brief meditation to re-center and focus on all the good in our lives. Then, we will practice a walking meditation using the on-campus mediation labyrinth.
