Join us at the Finals Wellness Event, which is taking place in person at the Macaulay Building! We're having a whole bunch of different activities that will allow you to de-stress before finals.

Wellness Workshop: Worries & Wheels
(Bring your own Writing and Coloring Materials!)
5:00pm - 5:45pmDo you ever feel like your worries are getting the best of you? That they’re keeping you up at night and have become the college-version of the “Monster Under the Bed?” In this workshop, you’ll learn how to manage your worries and create self-care wheels to carry you through finals.
Wellness Workshop: Gaining Perspective
(Bring your own Writing and Coloring Materials!)
5:45pm - 6:30pmJoin the Wellness team for activities that can help us to gain and keep a healthy and balanced perspective! In this workshop, you’ll participate in a guided imagery exercise, create a personal finals time capsule, and journal with an attitude of gratitude.
Meditation
5:00pm - 5:30pm & 5:30pm - 6:00pm
Calm your mind in two different meditation sessions hosted by our Writing Specialist, Cam!
Record Pro Tips for Getting Through Finals
5:00pm - 8:00pm
Join Macaulay Content Creators in the reading room as we capture videos of your personal advice and skills for finals week to share with other students on Content Creators' socials. You get the opportunity to express yourself and help other students! All students will be asked if they want to be filmed or captured, making sure you stay as comfortable as you would like.
Therapy Animals (First come, First serve)
6:00pm - 8:00pm in 20-min sessions
De-stress with some furry friends!
Yoga hosted by the Macaulay Dancers, Macaulay Fit, & Psych Club
(Bring your yoga mat if you have one!)
6:45pm - 7:45pm
Hosted by our amazing student groups, give yourself some peace of mind and get a good stretch to get your body ready for finals week.
Quiet Study
5:00pm - 8:00pm
Enjoy quiet study space to prepare yourself for Finals.
Relaxation Space with Wellness
6:30pm - 8:00pm
Join the Wellness Team for various activities to relax our minds, bodies, and let our creative juices flow with free writing, mindful drawing, and relaxing music.
YOU MUST RSVP TO ATTEND.

You must follow the building entry guidelines to enter the Macaulay building for the event. Have your CUNY Access Pass and ID ready!
