Lucia is an executive leadership coach who is passionate about helping women create their own journey of authenticity, resiliency, and power. For the last 20 years, she has worked alongside and coached a diverse set of leaders from early tenure to senior executives from Fortune 500 to startup companies and helped them create high-performing, collaborative teams and organizations. Prior to becoming an executive coach, Lucia held various leadership and talent roles at Procter & Gamble, Gillette, TripAdvisor, Wayfair, McKinsey & Company, and she also successfully co-founded a manufacturing company (Flexetail). Lucia’s most important, never-ending challenge and achievement is becoming a humble student in her own learning and growth as a mother to her two kids Charles and Sophia, a life partner to Joel, and an unconditional sounding board to her friends and family. This journey challenges her in unexpected ways to unlock more empathy, unconditional support, and understanding of others who embark on their own path.
