Liz Klinger (she/they) is the co-founder and former CEO of Lioness (https://www.lioness.io) and is one of the inventors of the Lioness Vibrator, the first and only vibrator that helps you improve your orgasms. Precision sensors let you literally see your arousal and orgasm to experiment and understand yourself—after all, as the old saying goes, “never measured, never improved.” Klinger has been featured in The New York Times's Women of the World and has presented at TEDx, SXSW, HIMSS Healthcare Conference, Women's Health Innovation Summit, The Commonwealth Club in San Francisco, and top universities around the world (like MIT!). She has a B.A. in Studio Art and Philosophy from Dartmouth College. She is also an award-winning artist with work featured in a number of publications and independent shows.

Heather Ritchie, Chief Strategy Officer at Embr Labs, has nearly 20 years of experience defining and bringing business and consumer digital and technology solutions to market. She has spent her career in healthcare and wellness, holding a variety of roles in health technology, biopharma consulting, payer, and biopharma companies, and even state government. She held senior product management roles at WebMD Health Services, Anthem, Eliza (an HMS Company), and Real Endpoints prior to joining Embr Labs in June 2019. Heather has a BA in Biochemical Sciences from Harvard University and MS in Healthcare Management from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.

Kristen Ellefson, Co-Founder and CEO of nurtur, boasts a diverse leadership background—from heading her sorority at the University of Texas to spearheading national strategic partnerships at Autism Speaks. With a track record spanning Teach For America and leading global sales teams in healthcare interoperability, Kristen excels in team leadership, results delivery, and navigating complex sales channels within the healthcare sector.

Bindu Chanagala (she/her), a passionate leader in healthcare technology and operations, co-founded nurtur, a digital health platform tackling prediction and prevention of postpartum depression. Prior to nurtur, she led large engineering teams at SelectHealth, Intermountain Health covering over million lives by driving quality, efficiency, and innovation. Bindu is a recognized leader, known for her expertise in team building, empowering women in leadership, and making a positive impact in healthcare.
