Stephanie Rampello (she/her) is a Sloan alum and FemTech Founder who is passionate about helping build families today (and tomorrow). She is currently the Director of Cryostorage at Ovation Fertility. She was previously the CEO and Co-Founder of WellNested, an organization that brings postnatal care to new moms at home and at their fingertips. WellNested was acquired by Mombox in 2021.

Courtney Crowell (she/her) is a Sloan Alum '19 who is excited to share her experience as a parent of both adopted and biological children. She is also the Director of Business Operations at Mori, and worked previously at Indigo, Staples, and EY-Parthenon.

Lauren Makler (she/her) is the Co-Founder and CEO of Cofertility, a human-first fertility ecosystem rewriting the egg freezing and egg donation experience. After a rare disease diagnosis, Lauren’s fertility journey led her to believe that everyone should have the opportunity to freeze their eggs–and that there should be better access to egg donors. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and their miracle baby girl.
