Theme - Overcoming Limits in Leading: Navigating the Inner Critic

This session looks at how internal "negative self-talk" can thwart our ability to show up with freedom and lead with confidence. We'll focus on how to overcome the limiting effects of our inner critic, so that we can become dynamic leaders, influencers, and change makers. Some useful tools and strategies for managing the inner critic will be shared with opportunities for discussion.

Daena Giardella is a Senior Lecturer at MIT Sloan and a Faculty Affiliate at the MIT Leadership Center. She is also an Organizational Leadership, Team, and Communication Consultant and an Executive Leadership Coach
