Join us for Social Impact Lab! Over lunch, we will hear from amazing speakers about different ways they've made an impact!

Determining focus as a newly formed social enterprise at The Sadie Collective, a nonprofit building the pipeline and pathway for Black women in economics.

Speaker: Fanta Traore

Fanta Traore ('24) will discuss her experience founding The Sadie Collective, America's first nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the pipeline and pathway for Black women's careers in economics and related fields. She will share her learnings from creating the Sadie Collective with a consideration for the unique intersectional needs of Black women & decision-making points to service this group in response to the market failure of the economics profession.
