Let's FLOURISH together - Alexander Technique style! During this 40-minute interactive workshop, we'll explore how community, gentle movement, active rest and conscious choice can support optimal performance. This workshop will be led by Eastman's Alexander Technique teacher, Katie Fittipaldi. Part of the workshop will be a lying down on the floor activity called constructive rest. There will be yoga mats on hand for this activity, but you are welcome to bring a mat of your own.
