In this session, you will understand the different ways people process information, communicate with others in the most effective way possible, including hearing what they are really saying, recognize and appreciate the strengths and viewpoints of others.

This workshop requires advanced registration and is for undergraduates only. Walk-ins will not be accommodated. Codes for the Real Colors assessment will be purchased on your behalf and you will be sent information on completing the instrument prior to the workshop. Please register by June 23rd.
