Join us for a an active vinyasa flow class, where you will be guided by Lucinda Snyder through creative sequencing, cueing, and music that will make you want to sing and dance. Vinyasa classes are a strong moving flow that cultivates balance, stability, flexibility and vigor. Breath awareness and coordination are carried throughout the practice as the asana ebbs and flows between effort and ease. This class is suitable for all levels and prior yoga experience is not required.

Lucinda Snyder started taking yoga when her son, Chase, was young. She completed her 200 RYT in 2018, has completed 100 hours in Mindfulness/Meditation teacher training and is a Certified Koru Mindfulness instructor at the University of Rochester. She teaches Koru classes through the Mindful University Project and offers a weekly yoga class though the Goergen Athletic Center. In addition to teaching at the studio, Lucinda runs her business, Peak Flow, which helps athletes find balance on and off the field through yoga, mindfulness and mindset work. She works with high school and college teams, as well as individual athletes. Limited yoga mats will be available for use.

Fun fact! Lucinda grew up in Texas but is an avid Bills fan.
