Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce is a founding partner in the ROC2025 initiative, which is designed to increase synergy amongst local economic development entities. Retaining highly-qualified students from local colleges and universities is a crucial part of that equation. CampusROC aims to help local college students break out of the campus “bubble” and into the vibrant local culture and connect with lucrative and meaningful career opportunities. Hear from Director of Talent Strategy, Barb Egenhofer, and Talent Strategy Coordinator, Julia Pagano, on how the mission of ROC2025 ties into the CampusROC initiative, and how you can play a role.
