Join Rose Carmen Goldberg (JD Yale Law School, MPA 08') as she talks about what a collaborative social justice model looks like and discusses the pros and cons of this social justice work. This event will take place on WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 23, from 5 pm to 6 pm on Zoom.

About the Speaker

Rose Carmen Goldberg is a Deputy Attorney General in the Public Rights Division of the Office of the California Attorney General. She litigates complex cases to protect vulnerable populations in her native California. Her work focuses on service members and veterans, for-profit colleges, and student loans. Rose earned her J.D. at Yale Law School and has received numerous awards and recognitions, including California Women Lawyers Fay Stender Award for humanity, courage, and commitment to the underrepresented. She has written about sexual assault, veterans, mental health, and end-of-life issues in prominent outlets, including: Wall Street Journal, Washington Post,New York Times, San Francisco Chronicle, Chicago Tribune, USA Today, Slate, and Harvard Law & Policy Review.
