She plays a strategic role in supporting teams working across resilience and disaster risk management in relation to urban development, land management, and institutional and policy strengthening. She holds a Master's in Urban and Regional Planning and a Master's in Management from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's in Environmental Sciences and Geography from the University of Puerto Rico.
