The highest-ranking official for public diplomacy, Under Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy Elizabeth Allen, will be present for the award ceremony and will participate in the panel discussion following the award.

The panel discussion, "Promoting Truth in an Evolving Information Space," will be moderated by Ambassador Donald Heflin, Executive Director of the Edward R. Murrow Center.

The panelists are: Professor Carolyn Gideon, Adjunct Professor of International Communications and Technology Policy; Benjamin Lingeman, 2024 Murrow Award for Excellence in Public Diplomacy Winner; and Under Secretary Elizabeth Allen.
