Details

Yoga is beneficial for mind and body. Come and listen to your own body's needs with instructor Vennela Avula! This class is open to all experience levels and to students from all Hopkins campuses. Participants are encouraged to bring their own mats if possible, limited number of mats will be available to borrow.
