Learn how to use a variety of CONNECT features for your org. We'll go through member lists, events, emails, surveys, websites, and more.

This presentation is intended to teach organizational leaders strategies for creating and maintaining more accessible environments, be that events or meetings amongst members, or even communication with potential members. We will be engaging in conversation regarding current accessibility, ADA policy, and realistic and reasonable accommodations that can be implemented immediately.

In this session, we will explore how your leadership skills can open doors and create opportunities when pursuing internships and jobs. Career Conference is quickly approaching and understanding how your unique gifts and skills can give you a leg up on networking, applying, and interviewing can be a game changed. Whether bolstering your resume, creating a stronger LinkedIn profile, or simply gaining a better understanding of the impact of your leadership, it all matters. And understanding how employers view leadership and what they are looking for in interns and employees, matters even more. So, let's chat! We'll explore the greatness within you, celebrate your leadership and commitment to UW-Stout, and ensure you're more prepared and confident in pursuit of your dreams.

Homecoming Informational Meeting

This presentation is intended to teach organizational leaders strategies for creating and maintaining more accessible environments, be that events or meetings amongst members, or even communication with potential members. We will be engaging in conversation regarding current accessibility, ADA policy, and realistic and reasonable accommodations that can be implemented immediately.

Being a President of an organization is a big responsibility that has great rewards, but great challenges at the same time. Meet up with other organization presidents in a casual atmosphere to share best practices for managing your org, dish out advice for handling situations and discuss strategies for making the most out of your leadership experience.

This session will give you the needed training to collect funds within the CONNECT platform for your org. You will also learn the different account types student orgs can use, the pros & cons of those types, and what you need to have in place to comply with the rules when raising money for your group.
