Introduction to accessible PDFs

Why and when is a PDF not accessible? In this session we look at features of a pdf that are not accessible and  use Acrobat DC's accessibility wizard to correct common issues in pdfs. In session the basic accessibility tools and setup of Acrobat DC will be introduced and used as a first step in fixing inaccessible pdfs. 

Learning Objectives: 

• Identify an accessible pdf vs. a non-accessible pdf 
• Set-up Acrobat DC's accessibility tools so they are visible and ready to use. 
• Perform first steps in fixing an inaccessible pdf in Acrobat DC.
