Journal Through the Jumble

With the start of spring finally here we don't have to limit spring cleaning to the spaces we reside in, we can "spring clean" our minds too. Join us at the Women's Center on April 26th from 2-3 to decorate journals while we discuss how these journals can be used as a tool to help you examine where you want to set boundaries in your life, prioritize your needs, and overall release your feelings. Journals and art supplies provided!
