Learn evidence-based practices in meditation, stress-management and mindfulness developed specifically for college students. Includes an interactive mobile app and course book. This series will run weeks 3-6. Students MUST commit to all 4 sessions (10/15, 10/22, 10/29, 11/05) in order to enroll.
