NPAW Postdoc Yoga with Heidi the therapy dog

Kick off National Postdoc Appreciation Week by taking a "pawse" on Monday 9/18! YSM Student Mental Health & Wellness, OPA, and YPA Advocacy Committee welcome postdocs and ARSs with all levels of yoga experience to a yoga session with YSM Wellness Counselor & Yoga Instructor Sundari Birdsall and Heidi, Yale's comfort & therapy dog.

The session will be held on Central Campus in the Sterling Memorial Library Lecture Hall. Light refreshments will be provided.

WHAT TO BRING:
Comfortable clothes
Exercise mat*
Water

*If you do not have a mat, we may be able to provide one for you- please contact the organizers at least 48h in advance to check.

A liability waiver will be required upon registration.
