Let's talk about what we consume! Join us for snacks & chats on media that portray AAPI+MENA people and stories!

In this first session, we'll be talking about Launchpad, just one of the many diversity initiatives by major media & entertainment companies today. The short films covered in this session will tap into themes of diasporic EAsian and SAsian stories, gender roles & construction, Islam in America, and childhood/coming of age narratives.

There will be a Zoom option for those who wish to attend virtually.

Food Provided (Kheer and Scallion Pancakes will be served at the event!)
