Are you interested in improving your teaching practices and learning from your students? Do you want to ensure that your teaching is equitable and student-oriented? In this workshop, we will discuss different ways of getting your students’ feedback, will brainstorm best approaches to interpreting feedback, and will develop concrete strategies for translating these responses into actionable changes in your teaching. Additionally, you will get a chance to design your own feedback materials that you could use in your classroom going forward. For more information, contact Valeriia Mutc (valeriia.mutc@yale.edu) or Yasmeen Asali (yasmeen.asali@yale.edu).

Please note: Intermediate Teaching Workshops (ITWs) count toward the requirements for the CCTP. ITWs do not presuppose any previous engagement with the topic, but will draw on topics mentioned in the Fundamentals of Teaching/the CIRTL MOOC. For a refresher on key pedagogical terms you may have encountered in the Fundamentals or the CIRTL MOOC, please refer to our glossary.

This workshop will be held in person.
