As instructors, we are always looking for ways to improve our teaching to optimize student learning. In this ATW we will introduce multiple methods and modalities for collecting feedback, discuss the strengths and limitations of student feedback, and develop strategies for translating feedback into actionable change in your teaching practice. Further, you will be given the opportunity to design materials for soliciting both formative and summative feedback that you can use in your own classrooms. We welcome teaching fellows and instructors at all levels of experience, as a broad range of backgrounds will help to facilitate a rich conversation. For more information, please contact Andrew Arakaki (andrew.arakaki@yale.edu) or Ben Pokross (benjamin.pokross@yale.edu).
