Set up your tables starting at 12:00pm, the festival will begin at approximately 12:45pm
An email will be sent the week of March 25th of confirmation
Do not move the table (they are set in accordance to walk-way needs)
No power is provided to plug in electronics
1 representative should be at the table during the event
The group is responsible for cleaning up all their items and trash.
If there is inclement weather, the event will be called at 5pm the day before and it will take place in Dewberry Hall. An email will be sent to the main contact on this form.
