NOTE: Leadership Across Difference will count towards participation in BOTH the Student Leadership Certificate Series and the Leadership Summit Series.

Session Description: Conversations across difference have been found to be the most powerful factor in helping students to develop as leaders. During this workshop you will learn about a variety of tips (from A-Z) that can help you, and others, to collaborate across a wide variety of differences. Attend this interactive workshop to explore a variety of leadership tips and tricks across difference and reflect on how these tips are implemented through your personal experience. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss their experiences and explore how to further develop as a leader who can work across difference.

The Student Leadership Certificate Series is a virtual leadership cohort experience, designed to provide students with the opportunities to:

Connect with other students around various topics of leadership in a cohort experience
• Develop a variety of different leadership skills and strengthen one's own personal leadership skills
• Identify ways you can help make a positive change in our communities
• Develop an understanding of one's personal leadership values are and how they influence one's leadership style
• Engage in a variety of leadership sessions that focus on leadership styles, emotional intelligence, and social change
