Details

The Mason Film Festival is an annual film festival at George Mason University representing the diverse work of Film and Video Studies students, including that of beginning video students, intermediate directing students, and graduating seniors. This year, the festival will span three days beginning on Thursday, May 4, 2023, and ending on Saturday, May 6, 2023.

Screening Schedule for Day 2 (Friday, May 5, 2022):
3:00pm – 3:35pm FAVS 366 (Video Production for Social Change)
3:35pm – 4:30pm FAVS 300 (Global Horror)
4:30pm – 6:30pm FAVS 365 (Documentary Filmmaking)
6:30pm - 8:00pm FAVS 375 (Fiction Film Directing)

The event is free and open to the public. Each attendee must have their own separate reservation. Seating is extremely limited and is first come, first served. A reservation does not guarantee admission, so make sure you arrive early. Seats cannot be held for people arriving late. If you have any specific accessibility needs, please email film@gmu.edu as soon as possible.
